Perfect VIP conducts through the System the sale of Tickets for the Event carried out by Perfect VIP’s partner (Event organiser: Live Nation sp. z o. o.). Therefore Perfect VIP declares that: a) it is not the organiser of the Event; as well as b) it is not responsible for the course of the Event.
Perfect VIP assures that Tickets purchased with the use of the System will be recognised by Perfect VIP’s partner (Event organiser: Live Nation sp. z o. o.) as entitling to enter and participate in an Event – in accordance with the Regulations of participation in an Event available at www.livenation.pl.
All information concerning the Event, including in particular information about the schedule of the Event, organisational changes to the Event (including the Regulations of the Event), for which the User may purchase a Ticket using the System, are available exclusively on the website of the Perfect VIP partner (the organiser of the Event: Live Nation sp. z o. o.) www.livenation.pl
