Yes. As the organizer of the Hospitality zone, we have been working together with the concert organizer Live Nation Polska for over 15 years. 

If you want to be sure before making a purchase, links to our tickets for selected concerts can be found both on the Live Nation Polska website and on the websites of other official ticket distributors in Poland (Ticketmaster, e-bilet, Eventim - depending on the concert).

Tickets are usually printed and sent out about a month before the event date.
Some concerts have a delayed dispatch of tickets and we may not be able to send them out until the week before the concert. Information about this can be found in the offer content available on the respective concert's page or will be communicated by us via email.

Within Poland, we send tickets by courier. To other EU countries, tickets are sent by priority registered mail (Poczta Polska) .

Tickets sent abroad are sent by registered mail via Poczta Polska, therefore there is a high risk that the tickets will not reach countries outside Europe on time. In this situation, we recommend choosing personal pick-up on the day of the concert.

If you want to receive tickets earlier, you can contact us and ask about the cost of shipping to your country. 

If you want to receive tickets by courier, please contact us to determine the cost of shipping to your country.

Tickets on the day of the concert can be collected directly at our stand, which is located close to the dedicated entrance for guests of the Hospitality zone.

We always send information regarding the personal collection of tickets in the week preceding the concert.

To pick up your tickets you need to know:

  • Name and surname of the person for whom the order was placed;
  • Order number.

No, registration on our website is not mandatory for making an order.

Of course. All you have to do is ask for an invitation in the order notes or by e-mail. 

You will receive a file with a description of the Hospitality offer for the concert. 

Remember that the invitation is not a ticket to the event and does not entitle you to enter the concert.

A detailed description of the Hospitality offer can be found on the product page of each concert.

This depends on the type of tickets available for sale.

Tickets purchased for grandstand seating do not entitle you to enter the plate.

You can enter by purchasing tickets marked as plate (GA).

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to print Hospitality tickets as collector's tickets.

No, our tickets are available only in traditional paper form. 

In most cases, tickets are not personalized. 

If tickets for a given concert are personalized, it will be written in the product description and we will write about it in the ticket purchase confirmation. 

No. The concert organizer does not provide discounts for children. We also cannot offer discounts for larger orders.

Yes. Children of all ages must have a ticket.

According to the organiser's regulations, the concert is open to children over the age of six.

Unfortunately, tickets can only be returned/cancelled if:

  • The concert has been moved;
  • The concert time/date changed by at least 4 hours;
  • The concert was cancelled by the organiser;
  • The ticket category has changed.

The seats allocated by us are always next to each other. When allocating seats, we try to ensure that they have the best possible view of the stage. 

If you want to choose a specific seat, you can ask for it in the order notes or write an e-mail to the following address: office@perfectvip.pl 

If the concert has been canceled or will take place in a different place/time, we will ask you to send us your bank transfer details, to which we will refund the ticket price.

Yes. The concert organizer allows resale of tickets, if the price for which you sell the ticket is not higher than its purchase price.

Remember to contact us and provide new contact details and address for shipping tickets.
